Meet the Staff.

Cody & Brittney Griggs
Cody serves as the director of Little Rock Chi Alpha and helped pioneer the ministry in 2014. Brittney teaches 1st grade in Conway and takes discipleship into the marketplace through her career. Him and Brittney have been married 9 years and have loved hosting hundreds of college students in their home. Brittney is a secret comedian and Cody is a grandpa at heart.

Nick, Michelle, Reese & Luke Stevens
Michelle has been on staff in Little Rock with Cody since they both pioneered the ministry in 2014. She serves in women’s discipleship and admin roles on staff. She is also the mom of Reese (right) and Luke (left) and soon to be (Ellie). Her kids are spunky, full of life and right in the middle of everything XA with their mom. Nick works full-time at UALR and is probably the smartest man you’ll ever meet.

Drew & Fallon Alpe
Drew has been on staff for 4 years serving in men’s discipleship roles, admin and heading up stateside missions. He loves to workout, coffee and of course Jesus! His wife, Fallon, came through the ministry as a student while dating Drew, was discipled by Michelle and now serves as an RN at Baptist Health. She loves babies (one of her own coming soon, Harlow), and traveling with her husband across the world.

Chris & McKenzie Reyna
Chris has been on staff for 2 years serving in men’s discipleship roles, admin and heading up overseas missions. He loves telling dad jokes, fishing and rock climbing. His wife, McKenzie, is an alumni from UCA Chi Alpha. She currently serves as a teacher and basketball coach at Bauxite High School. She loves puppies, traveling and of course Jesus!

Jonathan Perez
Jonathan has been involved in LR Chi Alpha for 5 years now. He has been overseas 2 time now on Project and recently graduated with a civil engineering degree. He felt the call of God on his life early on and has since been pursuing Jesus and is now stepping into that calling through the internship.

Ruth has been involved in Chi Alpha for 6 years now. She has been overseas 4 times now on Project and recently graduated with an early childhood education degree. She felt the call of God on her life early on and has since been pursuing Jesus and is now stepping into that calling through the internship.
Worship.
We believe worship is our response to the knowledge of who God is. Whether it be corporate or private, worship is a lifestyle we strive to live in. Singing, playing music, creating, dancing are all corporate expressions of our love for Jesus. But our response isn’t limited to just those things. Creating, expressing artistic talents, spending time in nature, and spending time in solitude are also ways we live our lives in worship. Whatever form you find yourself connecting to, there’s a place for you within a body of believers who are dedicated to worshipping our God.
Corporate Worship: Every Monday Night at 7:30pm- Donaldson Auditorium (Student Services Building)
Family.
The backbone of our ministry, and Jesus’s for that matter, is/was discipleship. God has built us to be in community with one another and trying to operate outside of that, is a bit like a car trying to run with water in the tank. We are all in need of being discipled, and making disciples. Do you want to connect with Chi Alpha? Well we want to connect with you! The best place to start is by coming to one of our worship gatherings, and then getting connected with a DGroup. Then head over to the calendar to check the dates for our next retreat! We can’t wait to meet you, and if you are enrolled on one of our campuses, this is your warning. We’re coming for you. Or make it easy on us and drop by the office.
